Sister Uma Deonath is a representative of the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual Organization located in Trinidad and Tobago, the headquarters of which is in Mt Abu, Rajasthan, India.

Presently, she is the coordinator of the Sangre Grande branch of this institution. The past thirty (30) years that she has spent with this spiritual organization has truly enhanced her life and the many that benefit from her daily selfless services, whether it's through the meditation classes she conducts or personal counseling or visits to individuals & family members who are facing difficult times especially the loss of loved ones. She has touched & enriched the lives of thousands. As an inspiration especially to women, she is the true epitome of service to humanity.

Through meditation and yoga, the clarity and understanding of this sacred knowledge that explains the difference between the eternal soul and the body, really resonates within her and allows her to live her innate qualities effortlessly in a very practical way.
