Ms. SIMONA MURŠEC holds a bachelor in international relations and is working as a freelance trainer in Human Rights Education and Global Education for the past 15 years. Currently, she is the president of Ljubljana Pride Association and manages a team of 10 staff and full-time volunteers, all coming from LGBTIQ+ community.

In the past 3 years she has led large scale projects on developing an intersectional approach to inclusive organisations and co-authored and edited several educational manuals on transformation of hate speech and inclusive organisations. She bases her work on non-formal education, anti-racism, non violent communication, restorative practice, empowerment of vulnerable groups through storytelling and intersectionality. She is an activist, a passionate Human Rights defender and a fighter for social justice.
