Work

Ms. Lauren King is a highly respected member of the design community. She has been working in the field since 1977. Ms. King has vast experience in commercial, residential, and hospitality design, as well as a painting background having earned a painting major at Carnegie-Mellon University. Ms. King applies these fine art principles and aesthetics in her three dimensional interior design works.

Ms. King’s designs have been featured in numerous prestigious publications, such as Architectural Digest (2011), Los Angeles Confidential (2006) as well as House and Garden. Ms. King is very involved in her community, with a strong interest in architectural preservation. She has served on the board of the Los Angeles Conservancy, Bel Air Garden Club, and has been on the executive board of the Museum of Contemporary Art.

Ms. King serves as a Board Member of The Colleagues serving The Children’s Institute with her charitable activism being diverse and far reaching, much of it having to do with children.
