Dr. Patrizia Longo is a Professor of Political Theory at Saint Mary's College of California. She received her BA degree in Political Science and History from the University of Pennsylvania and her Master’s and Ph. D. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley. She teaches courses on social justice, among them Theories of justice, Gender Politics, Race Politics, Food Politics, Postcolonial Theory, and Restorative Justice. Among her most recent publications are a book, Justice Unbound: Voices for the 21 st Century (2019) and a chapter on Sojourner Truth in a book on Alternative Political Theorists (forthcoming, Oxford University Press).
