Ms. Kathleen Cronin serves as the Head of Outreach at the New Jersey Small Business Development Center (SBDC), Ramapo College, where she has worked to provide small business owners with no-cost business management counseling and information services. Throughout her tenure at the SBDC, Ms. Cronin has devoted significant energies to elevate immigrant owned businesses in the New York-New Jersey area. She has particularly worked to navigate these businesses, including women and minority-owned registered small businesses, through challenges by using her outreach associated with language and culture.
