Mrs. Trupti Patel is the first Hindu woman in the UK to be appointed President of the largest national Hindu organization – The Hindu Forum of Britain (HFB). Her current focus is on delivering community goals of the HFB and member organizations, strategic interfaith dialogues, and liaison with government departments on key issues affecting the Hindu Community.

She is the first women from the Indian subcontinent to become the Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation; and as such is one of a very small group of women who have triumphed over adversity and has become successful in an arena that is firmly male dominated and has thereby also become a prime role model for all women throughout the country.

Mrs. Trupti Patel supports a range of voluntary organizations in art management, planning and highways matters, sustainable processes and environmental management for an efficient running of Temples and fundraising for causes. She regularly participates on various TV channels, radio debates and conferences to raise awareness about Sanatana Hindu Dharma.
