Mr. Simon Mitchel Barbour graduated with honors from Lincoln University with a BA in agricultural science. As a nature steward Mr. Barbour grows organic food that supports the environment and well-being. In 2017 his family gave a hectare of dairy land to convert into an organic vegetable and orchard farm "Grow Together” certified by Organic Farm New Zealand. They supply organic produce to Rotorua and Taupo and inspire the community with their passion for organic farming and commitment to healthy food.
