Lakshmi Pillalamarri teaches yoga, Lalitha and Vishnu sahasranamam, Devi Saptashati, and Soundarya lahari. She also donated 10 acres of land to build a temple and a community center. Ms. Pillalamarri started by cleaning temples, putting the muggus in front of temples, making garlands for the deities in many temples around Los Angeles, cooking prasadam, donating food to shelters, and donating clothes and basics for the homeless.
